We are a construction company operating within Swindon and surrounding areas. We specialise in extensions, conversions and alterations. We also undertake all aspects of carpentry and landscaping. We started our careers as sole traders within the commercial sector working on high profile projects specialising in concrete structures and carpentry. We have also worked on private residential builds constructed of raw building materials such as concrete and steal. After spending a decade working alongside and for some of the best craftsman and companies in the industry our passion for construction then moved us into the residential sector to start our new journey, J&D Building and Renovations LTD. Aiming to deliver excellence through a high quality, professional and reliable service you can count on.

We combine our knowledge as time served tradesmen within the commercial and domestic sectors to complete projects to the highest standards. Each project begins with in depth planning and understanding of client requirements and continues with highly skilled workmanship throughout the build. We are always mindful of budget and timeline. We offer a full project management service as client satisfaction is key to our businesses.
